1. What is this Mini OS diaper cover best suited for?
It works especially well with fitted diapers and prefolds folded in the “airplane” style, as it accommodates bulkier absorbent layers. It also functions perfectly with standard inserts thanks to its flexible cut.

2. What makes its construction unique?
This cover is nearly single-layered, without additional elastics or bulky elements, making it soft, flat, and very flexible. It features one front flap that can hold the insert but doesn’t need to be used.

3. How do I adjust the size for a 6–12 kg baby?
Front snaps allow you to regulate the length and waist fit so the cover adapts as your baby grows while ensuring a comfortable, non-restrictive seal.

4. Which inserts fit inside?
Medium and large inserts, fitted diapers, and different prefold folds all work well. You may use one or two inserts depending on the required absorbency.

5. How does the product perform in everyday use?
PUL is waterproof yet soft and stretchy. The cover usually doesn’t need washing after every use—simply replace the insert. It dries very quickly, making it practical for daily rotation.

6. What mistakes should I avoid?
Don’t overtighten the snaps to avoid pressure marks. Make sure the insert stays fully inside the edging to prevent leaks onto clothing.

7. How should I wash and care for the cover?
Wash at up to 60°C. To protect the PUL laminate, avoid very high spin speeds and avoid drying on heaters.
