Returns and Withdrawal Policy (Pupus.eu)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (for example by email or by post).

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us). The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

You must send the goods back without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal. Please return the goods to:

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are liable for any reduction in value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling that was not necessary to check the condition, properties and functioning of the goods. Washed or used items may be subject to value reduction.
