2. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed on Pupus.eu by consumers and business customers.

3. Contract Language
The contract language is English.

4. Conclusion of Contract
Product listings are not binding offers.
By clicking “Order”, the customer submits a binding purchase offer.
The contract is concluded when the order confirmation email is sent.

5. Prices
All prices are in EUR and include VAT.
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.

7. Shipping
Orders are shipped from Poland.
Worldwide shipping available.
Delivery times appear at checkout.
Customs duties for shipments outside the EU must be covered by the customer.

8. Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until paid in full.

9. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right.
Used or washed goods may be subject to value reduction.
Full withdrawal information is available on the website.

10. Warranty
Statutory warranty applies.
The warranty period is two years from delivery.
Damage caused by improper use is excluded.

Complaints are processed within 14 days.

12. Liability
Full liability for intent and gross negligence.
For slight negligence, liability applies only to damages relating to life, health or essential contractual obligations.
Further liability only where required by law.

16. Final Provisions

For business customers, the place of jurisdiction is Poland.
