Delivery methods and costs

Available delivery methods depend on the delivery country, postal code, parcel size, contents and order value. After the delivery address is entered, the checkout displays the methods available for that particular order.

Order preparation

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 working days unless a different time is shown on the product page or at checkout. The estimated date displayed during checkout includes preparation and transit time. We send a dispatch email and provide tracking whenever the carrier offers it.

Courier delivery

The parcel is delivered to the address entered in the order. The available carrier, cost and estimated time depend on the destination and parcel parameters.

Collection points and parcel lockers

Where supported by the destination country, carrier network and parcel size, the order may be delivered to a collection point or parcel locker selected during checkout.

Postal and international delivery

Postal, economy and priority services may be available for selected countries. Their current price and estimated time are shown before the order is submitted.

Personal collection or local delivery

These options are available only when they appear for the address entered at checkout.

Delivery costs and customs

The binding delivery cost, any free-delivery threshold and all available restrictions are displayed in the order summary before purchase. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or carrier charges may be payable under the rules of the destination country unless the checkout states otherwise.

If a delivery method is not displayed at checkout, it is not available for that order.
